One of our distinctive services in project management is the management of one of Hataf's investment projects in the real estate development sector, which is a residential project being constructed in a strategic location in the Al-Suwadi Al-Gharbi district of Riyadh on an area of 1,500 m². The project consists of luxury residential units that meet the specifications and requirements, with a total of 18 residential floors of various sizes ranging from 130 m² to 330 m², with these units to be sold after completion of the project.
The project is expected to be sold during the second quarter of 2026.
